1. Permission related


**Q: Why can't I see the administrator add function? **

A: Please check your permission level. You need level 8 or above to use this function.


**Q: Why can't I create a high-authority administrator? **

A: You cannot create an administrator with a higher permission level than yourself.


**Q: How to upgrade your permission level? **

A: Please contact your superior administrator or platform customer service to apply for an upgrade.


2. Username and password


**Q: What if the username already exists? **

A: Please try another username. The username must be unique in the system.


**Q: What are the requirements for password setting? **

A: It is recommended to use a password of more than 8 characters, including letters, numbers, and symbols.


**Q: What if I forget the administrator password? **

A: Please contact the superior administrator to reset the password.


3. Agent management


**Q: How to choose the correct agent level? **

A: Select the subordinate agent according to your agent level. The first-level agent can choose the second and third levels, and the second-level agent can only choose the third level.


**Q: What if I choose the wrong proxy? **

A: You can clear the selection and reselect, or reset the form and fill it out again.


**Q: Why can't I see some proxy options? **

A: Please confirm that you have the permission to view the proxy, or that the proxy does exist.
