A: Please check the network connection or try to resend the message.

A: Click the paperclip icon on the chat interface and select the file to send.


**Q: How to create a group chat? **

A: Select multiple members in the member list and click "Start a group chat".


3. Member management


**Q: How to search for a specific member? **

A: Enter the member name in the search box on the member list page.

A: Click the "View" button in the member list.
