1. **Click the Add button** - Click the "Add a new category" button in the upper right corner
2. **Fill in basic information**:
- Category name (required, 2-50 characters)
- Category description (optional, up to 200 characters)
- Keywords (optional, up to 200 characters)
3. **Set category relationships**:
- Select parent category (optional)
- Set sorting order (smaller numbers are closer to the front)
- Select enable/disable status
4. **Submit creation** - Click the "Confirm" button to complete the creation
