2. **Fill in basic information**:
- Region code (required, up to 20 characters)
- Region name (required, up to 100 characters)
- Region level (required, select country/province/city/district/county)
3. **Set hierarchical relationship**:
- If it is a top-level region, do not select the parent
- If it is a sub-region, select the corresponding parent region
- The system will automatically recommend the appropriate level based on the parent
4. **Save region**:
- Click the "OK" button
- The system verifies the data and saves it
- Automatically refresh the region list
