Delivery area
1. **Click the area selector**
2. **Expand the area tree**: Country→Province→City→County
3. **Select the delivery area**:
- Support multiple selections
- Support all/unselect all
4. **Confirm settings**: Click the confirmation button
Tax area
1. **Select the tax area**:
- Set independently from the delivery area
- Support different tax policies
2. **Configure tax template**: Select the corresponding tax template
