Operation steps:
1. **Enter the creation page**
- Click the "Create User" button on the user list page
- Or directly access the `/admin/adduser` path
2. **Fill in user information**
- **Username**: Enter the username (required, unique)
- **Password**: Set the user password (required)
- **Email**: Enter the email address (required, unique)
- **Mobile number**: Enter the mobile number (required)
- **ID number**: Enter the ID number
- **User status**: Select normal or disabled status
- **User level**: Set the user level (number)
3. **Set the agent relationship**
- **First-level agent**: Select the user's first-level agent
- **Second-level agent**: Select the user's second-level agent (optional)
- **Third-level agent**: Select the user's third-level agent (optional)
4. **Upload avatar**
- Click the avatar upload area
- Select the image file (supports JPG and PNG formats)
- The file size does not exceed 5MB
5. **Submit creation**
- After checking that all information is correct, click the "Submit" button
- The system verifies the data and creates the user account
- After successful creation, you can continue to create or return to the user list
Creation rules:
- Username and email address must be unique
- Password length and complexity have requirements
- Email address format must be correct
- Mobile phone number format must be correct
