5.1 Agent-related Problems
Problem 1: Unable to add an agent
**Possible Cause**:
- The agent name already exists
- Required fields are not filled in
- Incorrect agent relationship settings
**Solution**:
- Check if the agent name is repeated
- Make sure all required fields are filled in
- Verify if the agent relationship complies with the hierarchy rules
Problem 2: Unable to delete an agent
**Possible Cause**:
- The agent has subordinate agents
- The agent has associated users
- The agent has fund records
**Solution**:
- Delete or transfer subordinate agents first
- Process associated users first
- Process fund records first
