3.1 Visit the Add Administrator page
Operation steps:
1. **Log in to the system**
- Use the administrator account to log in to the system
- Make sure you have level 8 or above permissions
2. **Enter Administrator Management**
- Click "Administrator Management" on the left menu bar
- Select the "Add Administrator" option
- The system jumps to the Add Administrator page
3. **Authorization Verification**
- The system automatically verifies user permissions
- If permissions are insufficient, it will automatically jump to the login page
